The factory plastic drain plugs used on the 18-23 Mustang GT, 16-21 GT350, 15-21 F150 2.7 17-21 F150 3.5 & 17-21 F150 5.0 are prone to breaking. You can replace it with a billet aluminum UPR drain plug with a built-in Speed Drain Valve drain valve. This NEW design you push down and twist it into place allowing the wavelock washer to engage and lock your new speed drain valve in place. Our latest design allows you to simply remove the UPR engraved aluminum dust cap and spin the speed drain left to open and right to close. The built-in detent will never leak once gently snugged closed. Lastly, you have the UPR engraved aluminum dust cap that is the final layer of protection for your UPR Speed Drain Valve. The Rugged billet aluminum construction is designed to work with the factory plastic oil pan. It features stainless hardware, Viton O-rings, a drain valve, and a magnetic tip. No longer will you have to buy spare drain plugs when you change your oil when you can have a billet plug as it should have from the factory. The best feature is the 14mm drain valve tip set up to accept a 1/2" hose for neat and easy draining.
