Sporty, Aggressive Look
Optimal Strength & Dependability
Improved Handling and Style
The 2011 to 2019 Ford Explorers are some pretty awesome, quick SUVs, but their stock coil springs are built for a smooth ride and can be a bit slushy around turns. H&R's Sport Lowering Springs give your awesome Explorer massive improvement in handling by reducing body roll, acceleration squat, and braking dive all while giving your aggressive Explorer build a wicked look thanks to the lowered ride height that these springs provide. The H&R Sport Springs are one of the most effective ways on the market to give your Explorer a tight, sporty ride on the street and a great look without needing to find aftermarket shocks and struts for a more aggressive set of Explorer lowering springs.
High-Quality Spring Designs
H&R's Sport Lowering Springs for the 2011 to 2019 Explorers are built extremely tough so that they give your Explorer a great ride and awesome look for thousands of miles in just about any application. The springs are made from a specialized steel that is then shot-peened for increased strength and rigidity. The springs are manufactured at H&R's headquarters in Germany and are each tested before being shipped out. These springs lower your Explorer's ride height by around
1.6" up front and 2.3" in the rear
, which lowers your Explorer's center of gravity just enough to improve performance without overly effecting ride quality.
Drop Note:
the amount of drop your Explorer will experience with these springs will vary based on engine type and drivetrain. The 1.6" front and 2.3" rear lowering will only occur on Explorer Sport Models with AWD. Models with other engines or FWD will experience less drop.
